Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our Fargo clinic team. You will consult with clients, craft personalized dream packages, and collaborate on financing options to ensure accessibility to services.

You will also help achieve sales KPIs, streamline administrative processes, and maintain world-class client experiences, including leading the team in the manager's absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with computers and sales software.
• Willing to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales activities to meet clinic KPIs and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Conduct consults with new clients to tailor dream packages and financing options.
• Coordinate with leadership to optimize administrative processes and client records.
• Oversee operations in the clinic during the manager's absence and ensure high service standards.

Position Summary:

With our continued growth and success, we are excited to hire an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to assist in leading our dynamic team in Fargo, ND. As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will engage with clients one-on-one to deliver outstanding consultation excellence by understanding their unique needs and crafting personalized dream packages. Collaborate on financing options to ensure accessibility to services. Work alongside clinic leadership to achieve sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and streamline administrative processes, enhancing the overall client experience.

Additionally, the Assistant SalesManagerwill lead the team in day-to-day operations during the absence of the clinic manager, ensuring high standards of customer service and a world-class experience for every client.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for achieving all sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience that fosters loyalty and satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough and personalized consultations with new clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that their journey begins positively.
• Collaborate closely with the team to use best practices to effectively engage current clients, driving sales through tailored recommendations and add-on services.
• Focus on building lasting relationships that not only meet but exceed the expectations of clients at every touchpoint.

Operational Duties

• Schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, maintain and update client records, field incoming calls, and support medical staff with treatment room upkeep.
• Perform opening and closing duties, and process client financial transactions

Other Duties

• Performs additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required
• Minimum of one year of any work experience required
• Experience in a commission driven and/or sales environment driving world class experiences for every client preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Ability to work independently required
• Works well in a team environment required
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information required
• Ability to use a computer and sales software required
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed by the business required
