Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager in Charlotte (South), NC. You will work closely with clients to provide exceptional consultation experiences, helping them create tailored treatment packages and explore financing options. In partnership with the Clinic Manager, you will drive sales performance, oversee daily operations, and ensure a world-class client experience. Additionally, you will lead the team and manage operations in the Clinic Manager's absence to ensure smooth functioning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client consultations to identify needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Present and negotiate financing solutions
  • Promote upselling and additional services
  • Engage with clients to maximize satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
  • Model exceptional service and uphold high standards of professionalism
  • Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and client communication
  • Maintain and update client records and facilitate reviews
  • Support medical staff by ensuring treatment rooms are well-maintained
  • Perform opening and closing duties and process financial transactions
  • Lead daily operations in the absence of the Clinic Manager
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team and organizational goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
  • Experience in a commission-driven environment providing excellent client experiences preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Proficiency with computers and sales software
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings as required
