McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. seeks an Assistant Safety Manager to promote a proactive safety culture and administer the PHE safety program on a project site. This role partners with McCarthy employees and on-site subcontractors to foster a safe work environment.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 3+ years of safety leadership on large construction projects, and OSHA 500 (preferred). Spanish bilingualism is a plus, with travel within the region as necessary.
