ARC- Assistant Rural Carrier

• Customer service, the face of USPS in the community
• Do not wear a uniform
• Mostly driving, postal vehicle provided
• Delivering parcels in all elements on Sundays and Holidays
• Work independently
• Paid hourly
• Raises are based on the contract
• Voluntarily become a union member
• Can work on Saturday delivering mail if the office has used ALL overtime options
• Position will NOT turn into a career position (permanent position with FULL benefit package)
