Cintas is seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative to provide routine route service for a defined set of customers. Duties include picking up and delivering uniforms and facility services products, and potentially driving a company vehicle to and from multiple stops throughout the day.

The position follows a four-day work week with no weekends and requires meeting DOT driving requirements, possessing a valid license, and being at least 21 years old.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have a valid driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $19.80 - $24.75/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
