Cintas Corporation is seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative to provide route service to a set customer base, delivering uniforms and facility products. You’ll lift, carry and move products between customer accounts and may drive a company vehicle to multiple stops; 4-day weeks and no weekends are typical.

Applicants must meet DOT requirements, hold a valid driver's license and be at least 21, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Description

Cintas isseeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative. Responsibilities include providingroute service to a set customer base, through the pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility services products such as floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper suppliesand other ancillary products.Daily duties involve lifting, carrying and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts, as well as occasionally driving a company-ownedvehicle to and from numerous customer stops throughout theday.The vast majority of RSSRs work 4 days per weekand no weekends.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT)for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

All successful candidates will also possess:

• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• A High School diploma, GEDor Military Service
• The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $21.25 - $26.55/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
