AT&T in Dayton, OH is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, coach a team of sales consultants, and drive sales and service excellence.

You’ll partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, off-site events, and training to meet and exceed objectives.

This full-time role includes paid training, benefits, and opportunities for leadership growth within a nationwide company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities required.
• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecom or related industry.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Solid planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities, you’ll help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience our best-in-class services, entertainment and technology. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
