AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Murfreesboro, TN to oversee daily store operations in partnership with a store manager. You will help with merchandising, product launches, and driving sales objectives while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead outreach events, coordinate promotions, and coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet goals, backed by a comprehensive training program geared toward leadership success.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
