Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations in Chicago, IL. You will partner with a store manager, assist with merchandising and product launches, and drive sales and service excellence across the store.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, focusing on high performance, collaboration, and customer experience. Comprehensive paid training supports leadership growth and success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Three+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience and ability to coach a team.

Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Salary Range: $53,200.00 - $79,800.00

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
