Wilco is seeking a retail store leader to profitably deliver superior customer service and manage a farm store location. You will oversee sales, merchandising, inventory, facilities, and personnel while acting as Manager on Duty as needed.

The role requires guiding staff, ensuring strong customer interactions, and maintaining store image and operations. College degree or equivalent retail experience is preferred, with opportunities for advancement.

JOB PURPOSE: TO DELIVER ON THE MISSION OF WILCO BY PROFITABLY PROVIDING SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

JOB SUMMARY: Assist in profitably leading and managing a retail store location, including sales and merchandising, inventory, facility image, personnel, and planning. Act as Manager on Duty as assigned.

REPORTS TO: Retail Store Manager

SUPERVISES: Front-End Department Manager | Lead Warehouser | Warehouse Team | Receiving Team

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store personnel, including staff selection, training, mentoring, coaching, and evaluating employees.
• Act as Manager on Duty when the store manager is out.
• Ensure customer service using established retail customer service standards.

SPECIAL SKILLS/TRAINING

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• 3 years of retail experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
