Job summary

AT&T in Battle Creek, MI is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager in overseeing the daily operation of a retail location. You will help with merchandising, product launches and strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring customers receive best-in-class service.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, participate in off-site events, and engage in training programs that develop leadership and performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
• Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
• Inspiring your team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Utilizing professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
