Bliss + Tori Mason Shoes in downtown Knoxville is seeking an experienced Assistant Retail Manager to help oversee daily store operations and provide outstanding customer service. This role emphasizes motivating staff and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for every patron.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an assistant store manager and can motivate personnel to perform at their best. Some nights and weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
• Work with customer concerns to maintain the store’s reputation
• Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
• Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for new products and/or improvements in the store
• Monitor stock levels
• Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
• Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines
• Scheduling & Training of all employees
• Earn an additional $10 an hour on Fridays & Saturdays during Tennessee home football game weekends

Bliss + Tori Mason Shoes, located in downtown Knoxville at 445 S. Gay Street, is looking for an experienced Assistant Retail Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our store. This role plays an important part in ensuring the store runs smoothly while creating an exceptional shopping experience and providing outstanding customer service to every patron.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an assistant store manager. An effective assistant retail manager will also be able to motivate personnel to perform according to their maximum capacity.

We are open 7 days a week and this position will require some nights and weekends.
