Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

You will train and develop a high-performing team, maintain food quality and presentation, and drive revenue through effective marketing and cost controls. Stay current with industry trends and ensure health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Six months to one year in a management position.
• Must be able to schedule, forecast, and budget department.
• Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
