Askar Brands is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager in West Hartford, Connecticut. This role supports the Restaurant Manager and is responsible for managing the restaurant in their absence, ensuring excellent guest experiences and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have previous leadership experience and be able to manage staff effectively while providing training. Strong analytical skills and a guest-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills and financial management.

Responsabilités

• Lead team meetings along with the Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate and certify team and shift lead staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed.
• Control costs to help maximize profitability.
• Conduct self-assessments and corresponding action plans.
