Job summary

Responsibilities will include the supervision of the front of house operation of the restaurant. Maintain a consistently high standard of guest service, sanitation, cleanliness, product presentation, and cost control. Assist in supervision of fine dining restaurant staff to ensure tasks are completed in a friendly, safe and efficient manner.
