You will oversee scheduling, training, and compliance with safety standards while delivering exceptional service and value to guests.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years supervisory experience in food service, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years supervisory experience in food service.
• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Strong communication with employees, guests, and vendors.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in planning and analyzing operations and manpower.
• Achieve planned profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Manage cash, credit card information, gift cards and all guest payment processes.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and orientation of new hires.
• Attend University of Perkins and complete coursework as required.
• Achieve and maintain ServSafe certification.
• Support all restaurant positions and functions as needed.
• Ensure menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented safely and to standard.
