Qualifications

• Valid food-handler's card; Serv Safe certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in running the restaurant.
• Direct team members and supervise daily operations.
• Operate all restaurant equipment and maintain safety standards.
• Assist with prep and stocking of products and ingredients.
• Prepare customer orders and ensure accuracy.
• Answer phones and process customer orders.
• Clean equipment, dishes and the facility.
• Other tasks as assigned by the MOD.
