Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervising and training team members, ensuring adherence to policies and providing coaching.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Managing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to strategies to improve restaurant performance and achieve goals.
• Performing administrative tasks and inventory management.
• Act as acting General Manager in GM's absence to ensure continuity of operations.
