Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for the Closing Night Shift to support the Restaurant General Manager in delivering safe, high‑quality service after hours in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise team members, help manage inventory and financials, ensure procedures are followed, and uphold brand standards. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic math and computer literacy, and a willingness to work a 50‑hour week.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong analytical/decision‑making skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager - Closing Night Shift to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager - Closing Night Shift, you will take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others. You will ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.
