Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our Dunkin' team. This role assists the Restaurant Manager in developing a capable crew and maintaining great guest experiences while driving top-line results.

You will support training for Crew and Shift Leaders, ensure compliance with safety and brand standards, and help manage costs and promotions to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for POS and reporting.

• Proficient in math and financial management.

We are look for Assistant Restaurant Managers to help lead our Dunkin' team!

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in their efforts to develop a team of dedicated people delivering great and friendly guest experiences and profitable top line sales. They assist in the development of Crew and Shift Leaders and fulfill accountabilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities:

Team Environment:

• Assist in communicating job expectations to employees
• Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly
• Support the Store Manager

Operational Excellence:

• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed

Profitability:

• Control costs to help maximize profitability
• Assist in the execution of all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
• Assist in the execution of new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling
• Drive sales goals and track results

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
• Basic computer skills
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
• Basic writing skills
• High School diploma, or equivalent
• Proficient in math and financial management
