Job summary

The Wolak Group is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction and profitability. This role requires prior management experience and a hands-on leader who can drive performance across the team.

You will work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays, contributing to a culture of service and efficiency in our Dunkin’ Donuts locations.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or similar environment.
• Ability to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations while ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability.
