Job summary

Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an {{position_name}} to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting; strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Capable of sweeping/mopping, lifting trash containers, and outdoor cleaning.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Take ownership and guide others; seek help when needed.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties and manage inventory responsibly.
• Maintain financial accountability and safe, quality food delivery.
• Create a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.
