Chuck E. Cheese, operated by CEC Entertainment, LLC, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence. You will drive scheduling, coaching, and performance to ensure our guests leave happy and eager to return.

Responsibilities include managing AOI rotations (Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, Gameroom), controlling costs, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards while maximizing earnings for the location.

Qualifications

  • Must have 1+ year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry or as Opening Coordinator for at least six months.
  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older; RVP approval may allow different ages per local law.

Responsibilities

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
  • Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training and motivating the team to meet company and guest expectations.
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and well-run environment.
  • Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom.

Oversee pizza dough preparation from scratch, cook pizza and other Chuck E. menu items.Sales – with oversight over the Cashier, Salad Bar and Gift Shop. This includes monitoring Sales results (including upselling and suggestive selling programs). Inventory, ordering, execution and profitability management of the Merchandise area. And quality assurance of the Salad Bar and prep procedures.Showroom – lead birthday party execution and planning. Maximize party bookings and guest satisfaction while optimizing showroom seating.Gameroom – partner with the Technical Manager to keep games and restaurant equipment in top condition with minimal down time.
