Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in a fast-paced store environment. You will support the Restaurant Leader, supervise staff, and drive excellent customer service while maintaining store standards.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and applying P&L knowledge to improve performance. A strong team focus, reliable execution, and the ability to handle busy shifts are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year of Restaurant Management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Must be able to multi-task, stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and provide customer service leadership with the leadership team.
• Coach and train staff to ensure high standards of performance and service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.

What You Bring

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure that it complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
• Strength ensuring proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• The ability to multi‑task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
