Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our management team in Dallas. The role focuses on coaching staff, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations with adherence to health standards. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Leader to develop and execute training, scheduling, and daily oversight.

The position offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and strong pathway for advancement within the company’s internal leadership pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or supervision.
• Oversee customer service leadership and training with the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to read and interpret operating procedures and manuals.
• Knowledge of P&L and store reports to drive changes.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and customer service.
• Train and coach staff alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure compliance with health department standards and company policies.
• Monitor food prep, presentation and freshness.

What You Bring

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure that it complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
• Strength ensuring proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
