Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our store leadership team. This role focuses on supervising and developing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards in a fast-paced convenience-store restaurant environment.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience and the ability to manage store performance, with a commitment to promoting from within and delivering consistent results.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or supervision.
• Ability to oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company policies and health department standards.
• Strong focus on food quality, presentation, and freshness.
• Proficiency in reading operating procedures and using store reports to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Train and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to inform decisions and improvements.

What you bring:

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure that it complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
• Strength ensuring proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
