7-Eleven seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring top customer service, and maintaining restaurant standards. We offer full-time hours, growth opportunities, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant staff.
• Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Maintain proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness across products.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive changes and improvements.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and planning.
• HS diploma or GED preferred, but some restaurant management experience accepted.
• Ability to multi-task and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

What You Bring

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure that it complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
• Strength ensuring proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
