Qualifications

• Experience in a rehab department leadership role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze clinical data and impact outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, orient and mentor all therapy staff; build a rehab department with top performers.
• Review data and use clinical judgement to ensure appropriate therapy delivery and discharge goals.
• Schedule staff based on clinical needs and coordinate treatment activity.
• Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and understand rehab roles across disciplines.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of departmental documentation and audits.
• Prepare and deliver regular or ad hoc reports.
• Maintain professional image and punctual attendance; optimize efficiency.
• Establish and promote clinical programs and enhancements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.
• Assist in recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
• Support PRN pool management and scheduling as required.
• Participate in facility and company meetings.
• Monitor budget expectations and resource utilization.
