Job summary

Patterns-India® is seeking an experienced Assistant Refrigeration Manager to support day-to-day operations of the refrigeration department in our San Antonio facility. This role is hands-on and mentoring-focused, working closely with refrigeration technicians to guide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

The ideal candidate leads, trains, and schedules preventive maintenance while ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency of all refrigeration systems on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of refrigeration experience including supervisory experience
• Strong hands-on experience with industrial/commercial refrigeration systems
• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, train, and manage refrigeration technicians
• Trade school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret equipment sketches, technical documentation, and manufacturer instructions
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and preventive maintenance practices
• Must be available to work 1st shift

Position Overview
