• Provide support and guidance to receiving staff during daily operations; assist with scheduling and workflow coordination for receiving activities.
• Ensure receiving areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Communicate operational issues or concerns to management.

• Support daily receiving operations to ensure accurate processing of incoming shipments
• Assist in verifying deliveries for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation
• Maintain receiving records and support inventory accuracy
• Help identify and report discrepancies such as damages or shortages
• Provide support and guidance to receiving staff during daily operationsAssist with scheduling and workflow coordination for receiving activities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations

• Experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Familiarity with inventory and receiving processes
• Experience in high-volume environments

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily warehouse or receiving environment. Requires standing, walking, and handling product for extended periods. May require schedule flexibility based on delivery schedules and business needs.
