Job summary

Ryan Companies US Inc in Illinois is seeking an Assistant Quality Director to help develop, train, and maintain the Mission Critical Quality Program across projects. You will guide QA activities, write training materials, and conduct sessions with project teams and clients.

You will monitor the Mission Critical Training Portal, assist in developing project-specific QA programs, and coordinate quality audits. Willingness to travel nationwide for audits and trainings is required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience overseeing MEP scopes, preferably with a mechanical or electrical contractor.
  • Mission Critical/Data Center and QC/QA experience.
  • Willingness to travel to jobsites nationwide for audits and trainings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality planning meetings with Project Team, Client, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and write training materials; conduct training sessions on QA activities.
  • Maintain and update Mission Critical Training Portal.
  • Assist project team in developing a project-specific QA program.
  • Coordinate and perform quality audits on Ryan projects.
  • Monitor Quality Program Alerts and participate in QA Committee Meetings.
  • Identify and implement continual improvements to quality management.
