  • Support sample management including receipt, labeling, storage and disposal.
  • Assist with continuous improvement projects and training of colleagues.

Position Summary

You will perform and support quality control testing to ensure our products meet regulatory and company standards. You will work closely with laboratory team members, supervisors, and other departments to generate accurate, reliable data. We value candidates who are curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine analytical and microbiological testing of raw materials, packaging, finished products, and environmental samples following approved methods.
  • Record, review and report test data clearly and accurately using established documentation practices.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and support instrument calibrations and maintenance.
  • Follow good manufacturing practices and quality system procedures to support compliance.
  • Support sample management, including receipt, labeling, storage and disposal of samples.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and projects and assist with training colleagues when needed.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • High school diploma plus two years of relevant pharmaceutical, laboratory, or manufacturing experience, or an associate degree in a relevant science.
  • Hands-on experience with GMP laboratory techniques or instrumentation.
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory practices and sample handling.
Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology, or related physical science.
  • Experience in a regulated laboratory environment with good manufacturing practice knowledge.
  • Familiarity with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, or microbiology equipment.
  • Experience using laboratory information systems or chromatography data systems.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic instrument issues.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects or continuous improvement activities.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and adhere to good documentation practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate data.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting results and collaborating with team members.
