Job summary

Reser's is seeking a detail‑oriented Purchasing Clerk to enter replenishment orders and prepare purchase orders for vendors. The role supports the purchasing function by confirming order accuracy, tracking deliveries, and maintaining essential files.

Candidates should have basic PC skills and a high school diploma, with purchasing experience preferred. Regular attendance is required to coordinate with suppliers, production, and logistics teams.

• Knowledge of Business Planning and Control Systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter replenishment orders for brokered items.
• Create purchase orders for outside vendors as needed.
• Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages.
• Review requisition orders to verify accuracy and specifications.
• Answer calls with prompt follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing files.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at the facility.
