HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
STARTING SALARY: $88,910.00 (additional compensation may be considered based on experience)
FLSA: Exempt
Job Overview: The Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney is seeking to fill a position as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney (APA). The APA job duties will involve handling Litigation matters, conducting legal research, and drafting legal opinions or otherwise providing legal advice to County entities. The Litigation APA will participate in all levels of pre-litigation and actual litigation in court and before administrative agencies, and they will represent all Hamilton County elected officials, Hamilton County offices, and Hamilton County officers and Hamilton County employees who are sued in their official capacities.
