Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants.
• Oversee the collection and management of Certificates of Insurance.
• Coordinate and oversee regular building testing and inspections.
• Prepare and present regular reports on property performance.
• Ensure invoices are processed according to established procedures.
