An established industry player in property management is seeking an organized and service-centric Assistant Property Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves supporting the Property Manager in overseeing two residential communities, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll engage in various tasks including leasing, financial management, and resident relations, all while working in a collaborative environment that values teamwork and growth. WinnCompanies is searching for an organized and service-centric Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Studio 3807 and Artisan 4100 Apartments. You will assist a total of 231 units in two residential communities located in Brentwood, MD.
In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
The work schedule consists of: Monday through Friday, from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, and Saturdays, from 9:00AM to 4:00PM. Please note that the pay range for this position is $24.16 to $30.34 per hour, depending on experience.
