Storage Post in New Rochelle, NY is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of our storage facility. You will greet customers, show units, close sales, and handle rental agreements.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or customer service, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with basic computer skills and a willingness to keep the facility clean.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter comfortable managing responsibilities independently.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Basic computer skills (email, Windows programs).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, show storage units, and close sales.
• Respond to phone inquiries and follow up with leads.
• Complete daily property walk-throughs and lock checks.
• Keep the facility clean and presentable—inside and out.
• Handle rental agreements, customer accounts, and payment processing.
• Support neighboring store locations.
