2B Living, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help ensure property operations run smoothly and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will coordinate maintenance, manage rent processes, support showings and move-ins, and work with the Property Manager and Regional Manager to drive leasing success. This on-site role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Take ownership—work alongside the Property Manager and Regional Manager to improve operations and solve challenges.
• Step up as a leader—handle after‑hours emergency calls on a rotating basis and support other administrative needs.

• Property management experience (preferred)—but if you’re ready to dive in and learn, we want to hear from you.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)—a plus for serving our diverse communities.
• Vehicle and valid drivers license required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $70K-$80K
• Potential annual performance bonus
