Job summary

Inland Group in Broomfield, CO is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our full-time team. You will help lead the on-site office, coordinate leasing and marketing efforts, and support property operations to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents.

You will train and motivate on-site staff, manage records, and partner with maintenance to keep the property well maintained. The role requires strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management or related experience.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with residents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing and marketing efforts for the community.
• Guide on-site staff and train team members to achieve goals.
• Handle resident concerns with a customer‑driven approach.
• Maintain records such as rent rolls and delinquency reports.
• Ensure timely rent collection and accurate postings.
• Oversee property appearance and coordinate maintenance.
• Communicate events and inspections with residents and tenants.
