Job summary

MAA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for its Fall Creek location in the Humble, TX area. You will be part of a dynamic team and focus on helping residents find their perfect home while maintaining orderly leasing operations and customer service excellence.

The role emphasizes lease administration, rent collection, move-out inspections, and overall office management. Prior leasing or property management experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Assistant Property Manager and/or Leasing experience.
• Bookkeeping skills and/or experience.
• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and ancillary fees from residents, including delinquent accounts.
• Post income and deposits.
• Inspect apartment homes after move-out.
• Sell and provide customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Lease apartments.
• Provide office management and support.
