Willow Bridge Property Company in the United States is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our residential portfolio. You will assist with leasing, move-outs, renewals, and resident relations while helping to drive occupancy and community standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community and stairs; driver’s license may be required; state licenses may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with marketing strategies, including advertising and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, needed repairs and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
