Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Property Manager in Massachusetts to lead leasing and operations for a community, driving occupancy, budget oversight, and team development while delivering exceptional resident experiences. You will conduct personalized tours, manage rent collection and delinquency, and steward the brand through positive resident interactions.

A 4-year degree and 2+ years in property management or related fields are required; YARDI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries.
• Exposure to revenue, P&L and budget management.
• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and a passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Competent with industry software (YARDI preferred).
• Sales aptitude.
• This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

• Coaching, mentoring and inspiring team members.
• Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home-one to two weekends per month with two days off during the week.
• Stepping in and taking responsibility for leading when the Property Manager is not present.

Salary Range

$65,920 - $70,000 USD
