Cushman & Wakefield in Salt Lake City has an opening for an Assistant Property Manager. You will assist the Property Manager, coordinate tenant relations, and help maintain property files, leases, and contracts.
The position requires a Bachelor's in Business and 2+ years in real estate property management, plus an active license or CPM/RPA designation. You will manage staff in the PM's absence and handle invoices, budgets, and service contracts.
Assistant Property Manager
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting in all areas defined as a part of the Assistant Property Manager job description, as well as performing property administrator job duties if there is no property administrator role on the team. The Assistant Property Manager will ensure a high level of professionalism and foster positive relationships with tenants and clients.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to travel from floor to floor, climb stairs, and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position for 85% of the time and use office equipment.
