Job summary

Tipton Asset Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for a multi-family community in Tyler, TX.

You will provide management support, deliver excellent customer service, and help the leasing team meet daily goals. Key duties include establishing rapport with residents, negotiating leases, preparing reports, handling tenant issues, coordinating with maintenance, and promoting vacancies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of property management software, such as OneSite.
• Reliable transportation and at least 2 years of multifamily experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

• Attracting tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; and showing units.
• Assist with the managing of leasing agents and providing clear, concise instructions on what is needed to reach daily goals

The Job

Our Assistant Property Managers are responsible for:

• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

The Details
