A residential property management company in Houston is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and ensure an outstanding living experience for residents. The ideal candidate will have over two years of residential property management experience and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You'll be responsible for oversight of financial operations, rent collection, and maintaining resident relationships. This position requires a valid driver license, reliable transportation, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:* Two years+ of residential property management experience as an Assistant Property Manager.* Exercises leadership potential.* Must be consistently detail oriented.* Strong organizational skills.* Excellent written and verbal skills.* Ability to listen and understand goals.* Ability to think creatively and innovatively.* Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) a plus* Knowledge of ResMan a plus* Have a complete understanding of Fair Housing and knowledge of other laws that apply to property management, such as Fair Credit Reporting Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Landlord Tenant Law, and OSHA Standards.* Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is **required*** Must have reliable transportation* Positive attitude* Outstanding customer service; able to consistently surprise and delight our residents* A true team player - willing to work and support at all levelsOur Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday; closed, Sunday. The Assistant Property Manager position requires the ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year.
