Bozzuto is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Boca Raton, FL, to lead a team and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You’ll drive operations, supervise staff, and help ensure financial goals are met through rent collection and responsible budgeting.

The role emphasizes sales tours, community engagement, and upholding the Bozzuto brand in every resident interaction. The position requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in property management or related fields, and

Qualifikationen

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail industries.
• Exposure to revenue, P&L and budget management.
• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, creating engaging content.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with industry software (YARDI preferred).
• Sales aptitude.

• Coaching, mentoring and inspiring team members.
• Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week.
• Stepping in and taking responsibility for leading when the Property Manager is not present.

As an Assistant Property Manager, your primary responsibilities include:

What You Bring to Us

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries

This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Salary Range

$56,000—$58,000 USD
