ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT Summary Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

ALL aspects of creating and maintaining a safe job site.

• Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
• Creates & maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
• Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
• Organizes and directs all self-perform work on site.
• Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.

EDUCATION:

3-4 years of field construction experience at any level

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to stand for long periods, Ability to sit for long periods, must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to work required overtime to accomplish the desired team objectives & goals
