Job summary

Structure Tone Southwest is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our statewide construction projects, with SME responsibilities for project technology. Our work includes ground-up construction and interior build-outs.

This role offers exposure to a range of responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of our projects. While the key duties are outlined below, additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; CMiC experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to senior leadership, including conducting project audits.
  • Train new hires on project-related technologies and tools.
  • Coordinate with architectural, engineering, and other professional teams.
  • Assist with scheduling subcontractor manpower and material deliveries.
  • Review and process submittals and RFIs.
  • Participate in cost control efforts and budget tracking.
  • Manage document control processes and track changes to contract documents.
  • Perform QA/QC inspections of installed materials.
  • Assist in punch list development and preparation of project close-out documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team on safety management initiatives.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation with a strong attention to detail.

Structure Tone Southwest is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our statewide construction projects, with additional responsibilities as a subject matter expert (SME) for project technology. Our work includes a mix of ground-up construction and interior build-outs. This role offers exposure to a range of responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of our projects. While the key duties are outlined below, additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to senior leadership, including conducting project audits
  • Train new hires on project-related technologies and tools
  • Coordinate with architectural, engineering, and other professional teams
