Responsibilities

• Collaborates with project managers to plan work schedules and coordinate project activities.
• Works with production crews to understand mechanical systems on job sites.
• Prepares special reports and conducts studies involving data interpretation.
• Gets exposed to project estimates and assists in cost reviews for new projects.
• Visits job sites to perform work inspections and resolve project issues.
• Coordinates information distribution between project stakeholders.
• Assists in developing strong business relationships with owners and contractors.
• Drafts and edits reports and procedures for project management review.
• Communicates project issues to management in a timely manner.
