Responsibilities
Collaborates with project managers to plan work schedules and coordinate project activities.
Works with production crews to understand mechanical systems on job sites.
Prepares special reports and conducts studies involving data interpretation.
Gets exposed to project estimates and assists in cost reviews for new projects.
Visits job sites to perform work inspections and resolve project issues.
Coordinates information distribution between project stakeholders.
Assists in developing strong business relationships with owners and contractors.
Drafts and edits reports and procedures for project management review.
Communicates project issues to management in a timely manner.
