Job summary

Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) seeks an Assistant Project Manager – Owned Assets, based in Anchorage, in-person role. The position supports explaining requirements, preparing and overseeing progress for Bradley Lake expansion project equipment and code-compliant installations.

It also assists in developing multiple energy projects under the Cook Inlet Project Link program. This entry-level role features growing project management responsibilities with less complexity than a full Project Manager,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, engineering, or related field.
• Alternatively, minimum four years in grants administration, community or economic development, infrastructure project planning or program management.

Responsibilities

• Explain project requirements and oversee the progress of business plans for Bradley Lake and equipment procurement.
• Coordinate equipment procurement for Bradley Lake Expansion project to ensure code compliance.
• Assist in development of various energy projects under the Cook Inlet Project Link program.
